Operating across north and east London, we deliver on-the-move personal training. Our exclusively female group of personal trainers hold advanced Level 3 qualifications and whizz around by bicycle to help both men and women keep fit and healthy. Established in 2010, we are London's longest-standing mobile PT company. All our trainers are relaxed and fun, and we take pride in being LGBTQ+ friendly.
